Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If your card has been pre-authorised, only the applicable cancellation fee will be charged.
Card Pre-Authorisation: For faster processing and a hassle-free experience on the day of your appointment, a temporary authorisation of the DEXA scan fee is placed on your card in advance. The full amount is charged only on the day of your appointment.
Insurance: I acknowledge that Dexa@Galway Clinic does not offer direct insurance billing.
Refunds & Claims: Charges may be claimable through your Med1 form or your outpatient insurance excess, subject to your insurer’s terms and conditions.
Non-Attendance: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice may result in the a cancellation fee being charged.
